Me, You, Us
This was written after I was asked the question of why I would change some things. The
question was Why would you do that for me. The answer was I would do it for Me, You, Us.
This poem is the one that made it to the semi-finals in a poetry contest.

Me, You, Us.
It is my goal, it is my must
We can reach it, with our trust
Me
Your love is all I need
Better with you is what I be
Please, allow me to plant the seed
You
Your happiness I will bring.
Taking care of you is my glue.
Please, allow me to see your heart sing.
Us
Best Friends from here out.
Together and in God we will trust
Please, allow me to ease any doubt.
Me, You, Us.
Special together we are, can be sure.
Teammates forever, correcting a brief past.
We can have a love that's pure.
We can have a love that lasts.
